HR Recruiter

Pab Learn Lead and Grow Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Indore.

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending job offers.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to attract and engage top talent to support the company’s expansion and long-term success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong internship experience may apply).
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments effectively.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and social media recruitment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Experience working in an education, EdTech, or service-based organization.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
• Understanding of basic HR compliance and employment laws.
• Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
• Experience in campus hiring or bulk hiring campaigns.
• Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (preferred but not mandatory).
